NOTICE - EFFECTIVE MARCH 3, 2012

Our clearing firm, Mesirow Financial, has been acquired by RBC Correspondent Services (RBC). RBC will provide us with a larger suite of products and services to assist us in servicing your investment needs.

What this means to you:

• Your account will continue to be serviced by BestVest Investments and your financial advisor, there is no change in your relationship with us. We remain an independently owned company. Our clearing firm is changing.
• Your account will be carried and cleared by RBC effective March 3, 2012.
• You will be receiving a package from RBC the week of February 12th which will contain new account forms that we will need to be completed and returned to BestVest. This package will also contain your account number with BestVest at RBC.
• We will need you to return any forms as soon as possible to us so we may continue to efficiently process your transactions.
• If you use our on line trading services, you will need to register with our Client WebLink site by clicking here.

• If you use our on line account access without trading, you will need to register with our Investor Connect site at www.investor-connect.com and click on "register now" on left navigation panel.
