*An "order" is defined as the combined total of all transactions
executed for the same security on the same side (buy or sell)
on the same day for the same account number, and based on one
order placed. There are no extra charges for limit or good-til-cancelled
(GTC) orders for broker-assisted. A GTC order which is executed
over a period of several days due to limited share availability
at a limit price is charged a separate commission based on each
day's activity.
FOR NEW ACCOUNTS AND ELECTRONICALLY
PLACED ORDERS:
There is no minimum account equity requirement for purchases.
For Sales, stock certificates must be in the account in good
deliverable form. Sale orders not meeting the above requirements
will not be accepted.
FOR NON-U.S. ACCOUNTS:
We require sufficient buying power or equity to be on hand prior
to acceptance of a buy order, and securites must be on deposit
before acceptance of a sell order. Additionally, higher margin
maintenance rates apply to non-U.S. resident accounts.

No Load Mutual Fund Fees
BestVest also transacts orders on over 750 no-fee mutual funds.
Liquidations of no-load funds held less than 90 days will incur
a 1% service fee on the liquidation. This fee is imposed at
the request of the fund distributors and is meant to discourage
short-term trading of no-load mutual funds.
